1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Giddm Games, a DBA of Chalupa Productions LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the MetaZoo Cryptids website and services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MetaZoo Cryptids is operated by Giddm Games (DBA of Chalupa Productions LLC) and provides a card database, collection tracking, and community features for MetaZoo trading card game enthusiasts.

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: MetaZoo Cryptids and Giddm Games are NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected with MetaZoo Games, LLC or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates. All MetaZoo trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and other intellectual property rights are the property of their respective owners.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction)

All other content, features, and functionality of this Service (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software) are the exclusive property of Giddm Games (Chalupa Productions LLC) and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Giddm Games (Chalupa Productions LLC) disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information, including card prices, market values, or availability
• Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free

You acknowledge that any reliance on card pricing, market data, or other information provided through the Service is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL GIDDM GAMES, CHALUPA PRODUCTIONS LLC, OR THEIR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Any damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service
• Any damages arising from unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data
• Any damages arising from statements or conduct of any third party on the Service

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US, IF ANY, FOR ACCESS TO THE SERVICE DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
